Our story
Founded by engineers, run by engineers.
Boller Rocks KG was founded by a small group of senior engineers who had grown frustrated with the gap between what enterprise IT promised and what it delivered. The company exists to close that gap — by treating software, infrastructure and operations as a single craft, and by holding ourselves accountable to outcomes rather than activity.
Today, the company operates across central and northern Europe, supporting clients from focused mid-market organisations to divisions of multinational groups. The engineering bench is deliberately senior. We hire for judgement and longevity, not headcount.

Our engineers have backgrounds in distributed systems, application security, platform engineering, data engineering and product design. They've operated production systems for banks, insurers, logistics platforms and public-sector services. They write the code, run the deploys and answer the pager.
